Privacy notice

The short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to answer you, and that is all. This is a small local business, not an advertising company.

What is collected

Submitting the quote form sends your name, organization, email address, optionally your phone number, the type of organization you run, roughly how many computers you have, and whatever you write in the message box. Emailing or calling gives us whatever you chose to tell us.

What it is used for

• Replying to your question and preparing a quote if you want one
• Keeping a record of the conversation so nothing starts over next time

It is not sold. It is not shared for marketing. There is no mailing list.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are delivered by a third-party email service and arrive in a business inbox. That provider processes the data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes. Nothing you submit is published anywhere.

How long it is kept

Inquiries that do not become work are deleted within two years. Client records are kept as long as the engagement and normal business practice require.

Tracking

No advertising cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers. Web fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers see that request. Nothing on this site follows you elsewhere.

Client data is separate

This notice covers the website only. Data belonging to managed clients is governed by the service agreement with that client, which is a separate document with stricter terms.
