Request a quoteA computer means any desktop or laptop actively managed under the service. The setup fee is charged once and covers every device you have, however many that is. It pays for deploying the monitoring agent, configuring endpoint protection, establishing a security baseline, and documenting your environment so future problems are faster to diagnose.
What the monthly rate includes
- Continuous monitoring of every managed computer
- Operating system and application security updates on a schedule
- Antivirus, ransomware defense, and threat detection and response
- Remote support, pooled across your organization
- Security issues handled as priority work inside that time
- A quarterly written review of what changed and what needs attention
How support hours work
The monthly rate includes 1 hour of remote support per computer, pooled across the whole organization and capped at 8 hours a month. Pooled means a five-computer office has five hours to draw on however it needs them, not one hour per machine. Hours do not carry over between months.
Most organizations use a fraction of this. The cap exists so a single difficult month does not become an open-ended obligation on either side. If you consistently need more, that is a conversation about a different arrangement, not a surprise on an invoice.

Anything below is quoted and agreed in writing before work begins. Nothing gets added to an invoice without that conversation happening first.

Billing and cancellation
Billing is monthly. There is no contract and no termination fee. If you want to stop, say so and the service ends at the close of that billing month. The monitoring agent is removed on request.
Estimating your own cost is simple: multiply desktops and laptops by $50, then add $100 to the first month. The quote form does the arithmetic for you.
